These Terms & Conditions govern use of the D’More website and the D’More Loyalty Club card and benefits.

Website use

The website is provided for information only. Content may be updated, modified, or removed without notice. Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.

Loyalty Club membership

Membership is issued to individuals only and benefits are non‑transferable. A valid D’More Loyalty Club card must be presented to redeem benefits.

Benefits and vouchers

Benefits depend on availability at each property. Classic Members may receive complimentary room night vouchers; swimming pool, gym & fitness vouchers (T&C apply); discounts for spa, salon, restaurant, café, and bar; special room rates (weekday/weekend, peak/off‑peak); and banquet hall discounts as specified per property.

Vouchers are valid for one‑time use, cannot be combined with other promotions, have no cash value, and are not replaced if lost or damaged. Blackout dates may apply.

Food & Beverage terms

Only one membership card is accepted per table, and up to 12 persons may avail benefits at one time. Food & Beverage benefits do not apply to room service, banquet or event bookings, or special promotions or packages.

Reservation and service conditions

Discounts and offers are subject to availability. Advance reservation is recommended. D’More may refuse service in cases of misuse or policy violation.

Membership renewal

Renewal policies are determined by D’More management. Membership fees are non‑refundable. Carry‑forward of unused vouchers, if any, follows the current renewal policy.

Misuse and termination

D’More may suspend or cancel membership without refund if misuse or fraud is detected and may modify or discontinue benefits at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

D’More is not responsible for personal loss or damage during hotel stays, service interruptions due to events beyond reasonable control, or errors or omissions in website information.

Intellectual property

All website content, logos, designs, and branding are the exclusive property of D’More Hotel & Resort and may not be used without written permission.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes are resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
